I chased the dream, broke down, and walked away. Now I write from the other side of burnout and addiction, building a creative and healing practice guided by the heart and rooted in attention and intuition.
My writing draws on psychology, spirituality, personal growth, slow living, imagination, creativity, myth, and independent thought.
This space is different from my website.
Here, I write without polishing or packaging; it’s closer to how I actually think. Some pieces are gentle and mature, some are blunt and child-like, some contradictory. That’s intentional. This is where the work is lived, not explained.
Myth Making Studio was born from a longing for more meaningful, honest, compassionate, and intentional ways of relating — to ourselves, to one another, and to the world around us.
In a time where disconnection, burnout, loneliness, and emotional numbness have become deeply woven into modern life, my vision is to create spaces where people can slow down, soften, reconnect, and return to themselves more fully.
I believe this is some of the bravest work we can do: learning how to remain open, present, and connected in a world that often teaches us to disconnect in order to survive.
For me, healing is not about perfection or self-improvement, but about becoming more alive, more compassionate, and more deeply connected to ourselves, to others, and to the way we choose to live.
